Kate
Newest Second Photographer / Blogging Queen
Kate is the newest photographer to join the Oggi team. Her positive energy, quirky humor and zest for life made her an easy fit with this group of fun-loving photographers. Raised in the foothills of the Berkshires, Kate started out shooting, developing and printing black and white film in the darkroom at her high school at the age of 16. She loves to photograph people (especially on their wedding day) and her trained eye leads to thoughtfully crafted images. After earning a bachelor’s from Northeastern in design and photography she moved to sunny, laid-back San Diego. Her fast-paced lifestyle and love for the seasons brought her back to Boston where she now lives with her brilliant husband, crazy dog and chatty cockatiel. She currently teaches photography to high school students in Brockton and is earning a Masters in Art Education from Lesley University.
