At Oggi we prefer to call "formal photos" planned photos. Everyone cringes at the thought of standing in one place while all of the different family combinations line up next to you, the bride (and groom!) for myriad family photos. So rather than cringe, give us a list of planned, must have family photos so you can be done quickly and enjoy your party. (And remember to laugh alot!)

EVERYONE wants candid, of the moment (photo-documentary) photos from their wedding. These are always the most intriguing. But you may also want to record the day with some key family members (the only shot I have of me and BOTH of my Grandmas is from my wedding).

Plan ahead and let your family know when and where you want your photos taken. Use our list to help all of us get organized - it enables us to be expedient, make great photos and YOU get to have more fun... and that's the point!
