One great beach - Two great weddings

Now that the cold, wet season of winter has arrived here in RI, I thought it would make us warm and hopeful to look at two glorious weddings from the same perfect weekend in September. Have a look at Gooseberry Beach in Newport and warm up!
Saturday Gail married Peter in blazing sunshine (lucky!!)
The bride wanted "simple elegance with a casual, relaxed atomosphere with touches of sea and shore..." And as always, the details and theme were created and executed flawlessly by Stasia Anthony of Exquisite Events and Barbara Howlett of Glorious Affairs.
Scallop shells were used as placecards (Ocean)
Sea Mist Blue Dupioni Silk was used for the linens and chair cushions (elegance)
Yummy starfish cookies made great favors and complimented the cake:
decorated with white chocolate sand dollars, seagrass and starfish!
And parasols kept everyone so cool!
Sunday. Same beach, same amazing weather. Reenie married Bryan, barefoot in the sand. The guests followed the bride and groom's lead and left their shoes in the sand for a glorious celebration on the beach.

Flowers by Nancy Birch of Grandiflora.
Married! Now on to the best ever McGrath's Clambake/lobster boil...
And a wonderful photo of EVERYONE on the beach
Dreamy shots of the bride and groom (let's face it, getting married on a beach is risky. It rains, even on the best celebrations and marriages. So this wedding was a dream come true for alot of reasons.)
And what's a lobster boil without lobster bibs?
And dancing...
And cupcakes!

We want to get married on the beach, any suggestions? We love the idea, simplicity, and casual feel to this wedding! Thanks!
