Tatiana and Glenn at Rosecliff

Tatiana and Glenn were married at the beautiful Greek Orthodox St. Sprydion Church in Newport, RI.  The ceremony and church were a visual feast full of texture, vibrance and tradition.  The spectacular evening continued at Rosecliff mansion where the ballroom held tables of romantic red roses and cerulean blue details. The couple's first dance was an impressive choreographed tango with the bride wearing her second dress of the evening in order to fully swing on the dance floor. A royal feast was served by the first rate staff from Russ Morin and concluded with a mouth-watering dessert bar. After dessert Tatianna slipped into a short, crisp, white frock and continued dancing into the wee hours of the night.

Elizabeth and Tim at Sakonnet Vineyard

Warning: your cheeks will hurt by the end of this post after all the smiling you will be doing!!  Elizabeth and Tim's wedding at Sakonnet Vineyards was bright, warm and joyful - just like them.  Petite ballerina Elizabeth met her Prince Tim when they both attended Stonehill College.  They chose Sakonnet Vineyards as the location for their nuptials because they love the farm coast and spent many a sunny weekend here.  I knew this was going to be my kind of wedding as soon as I heard they were having a giant whoopie pie instead of a traditional wedding cake - my favorite dessert!  It was a joy and a privelege to witness and document this occassion and to share in this couple's special day.

The Brito’s Famous Fourth of July

Bristol is famous for it's annual Four of July Celebration.  Every year a new Chief Marshal is elected by a committee to lead the season's events.  Betty and Joe Brito, Jr. were chosen as this year's Chief Marshals.  The Brito's embody the pride and American patriotism that are key to the tradition of Bristol's Fourth of July.  Julie from Oggi was thrilled to be chosen as the Brito's official photographer and document all the wonderful events hosted and created by the Britos.  The Fourth of July Ball and Chief Marshal's Reception were representative of the Brito's hard work and dedication to making everything sparkling and memorable.

Kelly and Mike got Married at The Glen Manor House on the hottest day of the year! And yes, it downpoured as well. Kelly had on her "something blue" shoes, staying with this year's new wedding trend of wearing colored shoes.

Nicole + Keith, the very first wedding at Sweet Berry Farm!

Oggi photographed the very first wedding held at Sweet Berry Farm in Middletown, RI for Nicole and Keith. And a true farm wedding it was, with tractors, a pie bar, cider pressed by the bride and groom, Mason the wonder-dog (who drove from CA to witness the celebration), and friends and family who enjoyed this truly green wedding feast. Check out Mason's face on the cider bottles. And for you DIY brides, look at the table design, ribbon runners and place-card holders by the bride.
