Style Assesment
Your first date will usually last around an hour with Julie or Devon.  They will listen to your story, ideas, and vision to determine which photographer will best suite your style.  You may look at as many photos as you like of the various local wedding venues and discuss the details of your day.

Reserve Your Date
After the meeting you can hold your wedding date with the photographer(s) of your choice for one week. Your first deposit will secure our services and the photographer that you choose to work with.

Booking Deposit
$1000.00 to secure the date for package agreements, 50% if you choose an hourly rate.

Engagement & Bridal Session (optional)
If you have chosen to include an Engagement Portrait session in your package, most couples schedule their engagement photo / video session 30 – 60 days after they reserve. The hour-long shoot can occur at an indoor or outdoor location of your choosing.

Second Deposit Payment
Due 30 days prior to your wedding day: $1000.00 for package agreements

Photo Checklist
30 days prior to your wedding day your photographer will send you a checklist of traditional photos for the wedding.  You will check off all of the ones that you want to make sure that we take (ex.  group shot, shoes, rings, cake, etc…) (See our sample Check list)

Final Payment
Due when photos are ready for viewing

Viewing Your Images
A beautifully edited selection of your images will be available for viewing on your personal wedding photo website approximately 30-40 days after your wedding. Your complete set of images on DVD and /or prints will be shipped as soon as the final invoice is paid in full.

Creating Your Album (optional)
If you have chosen to include a Wedding Album in your photography package, you may begin designing your album as soon as your images are posted. The process begins with you selecting the images and design style that you'd like to feature in your album. You should expect the process to take approximately six months from the time the images are chosen to the day you receive your completed album.
